How to Use a Boonbuy Spreadsheet
A spreadsheet is a starting point for comparison. Use it to narrow a search, then check the actual listing and selected option before placing an order.
1. Start with a specific need
Choose a category or search for a brand, style or product name. Write down anything that matters to your choice: measurements, intended use, color or budget. A recognizable name is not enough to show that a listing matches those needs.

2. Open the complete listing
Check the selected size and color, the price range and the available supporting images. If a listing has several options, make sure the price you are comparing belongs to the option you want. Save the product identifier so you can return to the same item.
Keep your shortlist small enough to compare. For each candidate, record the source link, selected option, quantity, item price and one unresolved question. For example, you might like a hoodie but still need its flat chest width. That question is more useful than a vague note saying it looks good.
For fit, use the clothing measurement guide or the shoe size guide. Compare measurements within the same system before relying on a size letter or number.
3. Understand the stages of payment
Boonbuy describes paying for the item first, inspecting it at the warehouse, then paying for international shipping. Its workflow also includes combining items into a parcel. Official buying overview.
Keep a separate budget for delivery and review the charges presented at each stage. Check any currency conversion and optional services instead of assuming the displayed item estimate covers everything.
The shipping cost guide explains which parcel details an estimate needs, how package dimensions can affect the comparison and how to record costs that are still unknown.
4. Check the order you receive
Compare the warehouse photos with your selected option. Ask for clarification about a visible mismatch or a measurement you cannot read before deciding what to do next.
For clothing, Boonbuy’s help describes checks of color, size and obvious damage; it also explains that small details are not fully guaranteed. Use that scope when deciding what you still need to ask. Official inspection explanation.
5. Make a shipping decision
Use the parcel’s actual details and your destination when checking delivery options. Read the quoted conditions before choosing a route. Keep the order reference and relevant support messages so a later question is easier to explain.
If a link looks wrong
Pause when a page is unavailable, a variant cannot be selected or the listing information does not match the product you expected. Ask whether the original item can still be sourced and how a cancellation would be handled. A payment screen alone does not answer those questions.
An inaccessible page, an unavailable option and a replacement listing need different checks. Use the product link checklist to identify the problem and keep the item identity clear.
