Boonbuy Product Shortlist Template: Links, Sizes and Prices
Use one row per exact product option so you can return to the link, understand the comparison and see what still needs checking. Copy the fields below into your own notes.
Begin with the decision, not the number of links
Write down what you need before browsing: for example, a zip-up layer that works over a T-shirt, or a backpack that fits the things you carry. This gives you a consistent reason to keep one candidate and remove another.
Independent spreadsheet tutorials use rows to organize finds, while Reddit promotions often describe the problem of losing saved links. Our template below adds a decision record so that organizing the list also moves your comparison forward.
Copy these fields into your own notes
| Field | What to record |
|---|---|
| Item and purpose | A short description and the gap it would fill. |
| Source and identity | Original seller link, item ID and where you discovered it. |
| Selected option | Color, size, material or other variant you are comparing. |
| Price and currency | Current item price, currency and the date you checked it. |
| Fit evidence | Relevant garment measurements or dimensions, plus the source. |
| Photo evidence | Seller images, existing warehouse references or your own order photos. |
| Unresolved cost | Shipping or other charges that still need a current quote. |
| Next action | Compare, ask for a measurement, recheck the link, save or remove. |
Compare candidates on the same basis
Put two possible hoodies beside each other only after selecting the sizes you would actually order. A lower headline price for a different size or option is not a like-for-like comparison. If one listing supplies a flat chest width and another supplies a circumference, clarify the measurement method before comparing the figures.
Keep currency visible. This site's prominent US-dollar values are catalog estimates, with the recorded CNY value shown underneath. They are not a final payment quote. Record the live checkout currency and applicable charges when you reach that stage.
Give the list a review routine
- Reopen the listing before making a decision; saved information can become outdated.
- Mark unavailable options rather than quietly replacing them with a similar-looking item.
- Keep useful rejected candidates with a short reason, so you do not repeat the same research.
- Separate discovered, ordered and ready-to-ship items; they represent different evidence and costs.
Sources and research notes
These articles are original editorial syntheses. Sources identify topic inspiration and factual context; community reports and promotions are not independently verified purchase reviews. Research dates do not promise that external prices, links or policies remain current.
- Building Your Own BoonBuy Spreadsheet
Search-index text reviewed for the row-based organizing idea; full-page retrieval was unavailable.
- FindHaul: tracing references to item IDs and original listings
Useful source-tracing principles; external listings remain subject to change.
- Reddit: saved finds and revisiting old links
A promotional example of the organizing problem, not a verified shopping history.
